Ek Balam is the Black Jaguar or Bright Star Jaguar or Jaguar Star. 

In Aztec mythology, the jaguar is a symbol of strength, associated with the night and the mysteries of the Universe.

My interpretation is that Ek Balam is a jaguar spirit who travels through the universe creating and changing solar systems.

Medium: Mixed Media - I start with texture paste then add a layer of spray-paints, then Acrylics and finally oil paints and oil pastels pastels.
